The US Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina: We are concerned with the Declaration adopted at RSNA

The US Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina has expressed its deep concern about the Declaration which was adopted today in the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbian.

In a statement inbox to us said that respect for the rule of law is crucial for our country.

'' The authority of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina was established by Annex IV, Article 6 of the Dayton Peace Agreement. It is required by law and in the best interest of this country and all its citizens.

Respect for the rule of law is essential to all successful societies and is crucial for the future of BiH. We expect that all past and future judgments of the Constitutional Court are respected, regardless of the nature of the decision or matter under consideration '', the statement said.
