TK / Novalić: Reforms affecting some citizens, while others will benefit

Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Fadil Novalić during today's talks with businessmen and officials of Tuzla Canton said that the reform of the federal government some citizens be useful, while some negative hit.
