From August 1, Bosnians will definitely smoking expensive cigarettes and tobacco


From 1 August 2014th year to come into force amendments to the Law on Excise which virtually increases the excise duty on cut tobacco, from the previous 42 percent of the retail price to 78 Euros per kilo this year. 
The new amendments to the Law on Excise and excise introduced products such as cigars and cigarillos, which until now were not covered by the law on excise duties. They will be taxed at a rate of 48 percent of the retail price. 

"This is a significant increase in the price of tobacco to citizens, for example, packs of 250 grams, which is 15 KM retail under the new price calculations from August 1, will cost between 28 and 30 km. Likewise tobacco packs of 100 grams, which is so far cost the market six marks, from 1 August will be 12 KM "

It is important to emphasize that all those supplying cigars, cigarillos and tobacco have these products on 1 August inventory and inventory lists to the competent regional center to the 8th of August, and unlike excise duty in accordance with the new regulations have to pay up to 18 August unique account of the Indirect Taxation.
