The Kremlin is considering radical plans exclusion of Russia from the global Internet network in the event of serious military conflict or large antivladinih protests in the country, announced a high-ranking Russian officials. According to the Russian daily Vedomosti, President Vladimir Putin on Monday will preside over a meeting of the National Security Council, which will discuss ways that Moscow could strengthen control of the Internet in Russia. Russian newspaper said that Putin would have the entire internet domain .ru put under state control.
