Charged with genocide at large with 100,000 KM bail

Deciding on the Defense of the accused Branimir Tesic, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina is in the Miodrag Josipovic and others accepted the bail in the amount of KM 100,000 and ordered that if the accused Tesic escape decision and determine that the value given as collateral exceeds the revenue of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

On 3 December 2014, issued a decision ordering the accused Branimir Tesic abolished custody on October 3 this year and gave him a measure of house arrest (the relevant police station will arrange a tour of the accused every day), travel (including temporary seizure of travel documents, and prohibiting the issuance of new travel documents, and using the identity card for crossing the state border of Bosnia and Herzegovina), said the Court.

Also, Tesic's Court forbade contact, meetings or interfering in any way, including keep a distance of at least 100 meters, witnesses named in the indictment, the accused, suspects against whom the State Prosecution is conducting an investigation, and others who have any knowledge on this subject.

These measures may last as long as there is a need for a review of justification will be done every two months. If the accused violates the prohibitive measures imposed, he may be ordered into custody.

Branimir Tesic was charged with having committed the criminal offense of Genocide under Article 171 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
