Thanks to these services, the unemployed and employers will avoid unnecessary waste of time for a tour of the bureau, reduce transportation costs, and employed officials will have more time for counseling process, which is the basic idea for the establishment of this system to help customers, stressed the Radiosarajevo.ba Director Public Service employment HP Igor Kamočaji.

Contact-Center is the first project of its kind in the employment services in the region, and refers to the all-day maintenance of communication with service users, the unemployed and employers.
