Judge Miletic, Brkic and Sabic one month
The Court of BiH accepted the proposal of the State Prosecutor's Office and ordered one-month custody judge Azra Miletic judge of the Court of BiH, as well as Rami Brkic, former Commissioner deceased police and Senad Sabic, against whom criminal proceedings in the Court of BiH.
Their detention was ordered because of reasonable fear of suspects to destroy, alter or falsify evidence and traces important for criminal proceedings, or interfere with criminal proceedings by influencing witnesses.
According to the adopted decision of the Court, the custody of the suspects in the case, "Azra Miletic and others" may last until 25 March.
As a reminder, the Prosecution Judge Miletic suspected of receiving and Brkic and Sabic to have paid a bribe.
