AMERICA AND EUROPE NOT WANT TO STATE BiH, but its collapse, Boyle does not believe in the outbreak of a new war.

"All Americans should do is to establish a state that can function. They knew, but did not want to. Now all we do is sit back and watch as the country apart. And at the end of the day they will all give up and say, OK, why do not we finish. So, they will not admit that they made a country for which they knew would fall apart, but the fact that this was done in March 1994 when the Washington Agreement was signed.
