Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the leader of the Party of Democratic Progress (PDP) Mladen Ivanic, considers that the referendum in the Republic of Serbian on the Court and the Prosecutor's Office will be nothing.

It shows, says Ivanic to news agencies, the recent statements of the President of the Republic of Serbian, Milorad Dodik.

"Dodik is trying to continue acting the big guy, but something threatening, yelling, or from all see that he was ready to give up the referendum, and that I was afraid of the possible consequences," said Ivanic.

Dodik 'lack of seriousness'

All this is said, further evidence Dodik's lack of seriousness and levity policy which he generally leads.

The President of the Republic of Serbian Milorad Dodik, recently said that a referendum can be held in the first week of September this year.

"The referendum question should read -" Do you support an unconstitutional and unauthorized laws imposed by the High Representative of the international community in Bosnia and Herzegovina, particularly the imposed laws on the Court and the Prosecutor's Office and the implementation of their decisions on the territory of the Republic of Serbian? '. Of course we expect a lot of' not "Dodik said in June.

On Monday, the foreign ministers of the European Union of the RS authorities have requested to cancel the referendum on the Court and the Prosecutor's Office.

The head of diplomacy EU Federica Mogherini said that all ministers deeply concerned about the situation that may arise after the referendum.

Serbia's position

Last week, Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic, asked Dodik to reconsider the decision to call a referendum on the Court and the Prosecutor's Office, pointing to the broader context of the problem.

"Although I did not openly ask this question, it is a sovereign decision of the RS. I asked, on behalf of Serbia, only to reconsider the decision. I am grateful that it respects the vision of Serbia, that I think is at the moment a comprehensive comprehensive and serious, "Vucic said at a press conference after the meeting with Dodik in Belgrade.

Also, the US Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, recently has said that BiH. Entities may not organize a referendum on the competencies of the state.
