Russia officially recognized and supported Dodik's referendum and threatened if BiH OHR initiate sanctions against RS

Russia is determined to support Milorad Dodik in the destruction of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Moscow announced yesterday the official position that supports the decision of the Assembly of the Republic of Serbian to call a referendum on confidence in the judicial system in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

"Weak efikanskost judicial system in BiH have recognized the political forces in Bosnia-Herzegovina itself, and the international community. There is a bias in favor of one nation - bh. Serbs at the state level, "according to a spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry Alexander Bikantova, published on the website of the Ministry.

It is alleged that because of this Serbian Republic "forced to resort to existing democratic instruments in order to ensure the realization of their legitimate interests."

Even Serbia has not openly supported this referendum in the RS. Now there is no doubt, Russia is the one that pushes Milorad Dodik in activities that destroy Bosnia and Herzegovina. With the support of a referendum Russians "advise" all in BiH to be a dialogue, of course it means to accept the demands of the RS, otherwise Russia openly threatens to destabilize Bosnia.

Bikantov reminded that the referendum issue was raised a few years ago, and the situation is then overcome through negotiations, "but that they were a little productive, not the fault of the RS".

"However, we assume that the problems that exist in Bosnia and Herzegovina, including in the functioning of the judicial bodies and the removal of 'national' mistakes in their work, it is better addressed within the framework of equal, productive dialogue between all participants of the political process in Bosnia and Herzegovina under the Dayton Agreement" said in a statement Bikantova.

Russian Foreign Ministry believes that in Otherwise, it "avoiding discussion of fundamental issues with the RS, as well as unilateral interference by the High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina, only destabilize the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina".
