All the more demanding criteria for retirement

For men it takes at least 15 years of service and 65 years of age for retirement and 40 years of pensionable service and 60 years of age for a full pension.
Women need to work for 35 years and have 58 years in the Republic of Serbian qualify for a full pension.

However, since this is a new Law on Pension and Disability Insurance, the transitional and final provisions, given the possibility that the right to a pension can be realized under favorable conditions, ie with fewer years of life than what is prescribed upper limit.

At a time when it is very difficult to find a job, and posebnoimati secured an internship 40 years ago, it is hard to believe that these conditions can be met because they are unrealistic, are considered citizens.
