On Monday, the trial of Naser Oric


The Hague Tribunal Oric in 2008 acquitted of charges for crimes committed in Srebrenica.
At the State Court on Monday 28 September 2015 begins trial of Srebrenica wartime commander Naser Oric and Sabahudin Muhic against which the Court confirmed the indictment charging them with crimes against prisoners of war in the area of Bratunac and Srebrenica.

Oric, the former commander of the Bosnian Army units in Srebrenica, and Muhic, a member of the forces, were accused in 1992 in places Zalazje, Lolići and Kunjerac, killed three prisoners of Serbian nationality.

Oric is out on bail pending trial.
