The RS National Assembly adopted the Declaration on the genocide of the Independent Croatian State
National Assembly of the Republic of Serbian (RSNA) today unanimously adopted a declaration on the genocide of the Independent Croatian State (NDH) against Serbs, Jews and Gypsies during World War II, reports Anadolu Agency (AA). RSNA requires that the Republic of Croatia established within a reasonable time payment of fair compensation to the victims of genocide and their descendants. Since Croatian is required and that the decision of its highest authorities, and accept historical responsibility for each other NDH genocide against Serbs, Jews and Gypsies during World War II, to mark a dignified manner and provide all the crime scene and preserves the memory of the victims.
RS parliament to seek and to preserve as a whole and maintained as a monument to the victims of Jasenovac complex of concentration camps for extermination of Serbs, Jews and Gypsies, to establish and implement a program of protection and regulation of the Memorial Area Donja Gradina, and that in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia determined the same day in memory of the victims of genocide in the NDH. RS parliament adopted the conclusion that "the crimes of Ustasha us Serbs, Jews and Gypsies during the Second World War in NDH premeditated and planned genocide, as it is defined in the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide, adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on December 9, 1948 ".
