Austrian Minister for Integration and Foreign Relations Sebastian Kurz expressed his belief that it is necessary to urgently close many Islamic kindergartens, reported Tuesday Viennese media.
Such a conclusion is issued on the basis of studies professor Ednan Aslan of the Institute of Islamic Studies, University of Vienna.
He in this analysis shows the image of a parallel world, one that parents want while forcing associations leading nurseries.
"Many parents want their children to be created one hundred percent Islamic environment," said Aslan, adding that behind this is the desire to protect children "from the majority society, from immorality."
Parallel World
Among Islamic kindergartens, according to him, is noticeable in racing who will offer a more conservative and more religious environment.
Aslan emphasizes that there are many Muslims that their children consciously do not want to give in such kindergartens.
But who wants to be your child, in the middle of Vienna, to bring up in a parallel world, it is supported with taxpayers' money of Austria, as the province Vienna paid child care in private kindergartens.
The analysis of Professor Aslan shows that in these institutions care for children exclusively Muslim, many of which last only one two-week course.
When it comes to language, said Aslan, although Austria made a decision on the target encouraging the learning of the German language, the Islamic kindergartens lack of necessary staff, because many teachers do not speak German, and there are some nurseries where the language at all does not speak.
"In these kindergartens apply methods of education that are not in compliance with European, since they refuse to Austrian values, way of life, as well as the role of women which exists", summed up the Aslan.
Wrong approach
On the occasion of this report Kurz pointed out that it is not against private, religious kindergartens, regardless of religion, but it is problematic that there is a desire to protect children from mainstream society.
"The goal of fencing is the wrong approach," he said.
In this regard, announced tighter controls and, if necessary, and the adoption of stricter laws which focus would be on encouraging learning German.
