The veterans throw medals for strikes in Syria

British war veterans threw their medals on the ground in front of the government complex in London as opposed to the bombing of Syria.

Former soldier Special Air Service (SAS) Ben Griffin, leader of the protest, "Veterans for Peace", told the Independent that the soldiers were hard to throw the coin, but it's an important gesture that they wanted to show the younger generations that do not aspire to winning the war awards.

He already threw his medal in the trash, and the protests threw medal disabled veteran who could not join the other veterans.

"War is not a solution '
As reported by The Independent, Griffin got a medal for involvement in military missions in Iraq, Afghanistan, Northern Ireland and Macedonia, which is described as' 'a powerful and amazing experience', and adds: '' These are the things that we once valued so therefore difficult to give up on them, but I think it's very important that we do - in protest against the war, but also because we want to reject the mythology that surrounds these things.
Many children watch these medals and think 'I would like to have them', but we, who have earned them, we want to say what we think about those medals. ''
