The RS government stops cooperating with the State Court, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH and SIPA


The RS government ordered the Interior Ministry to prevent any entry and search of state and local institutions of the BiH entity.

The Government of the Bosnian entity of Republika Serbian decided at an extraordinary meeting held today, the RS government and all the institutions in that part of Bosnia and Herzegovina interrupt cooperation with the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the State Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and SIPA, said Dragan Lukac, Minister of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska, Anatolia news agency reports.

In addition, the RS government ordered the Interior Ministry to prevent any entry and search of state and local institutions of the BiH entity.

At today's session, the Government of RS is introduced to the performance of SIPA, in the municipality of Novi Grad, hearing the police building, the building of the municipal administration and municipal enterprises in the city.

"The process of SIPA members at the request of the Prosecutor's Office by order of the Court constitutes a grave violation međupolicijske cooperation, because the same questions the trust in the Interior Ministry, which has so far always cooperated with security agencies in BiH, and the Court and Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina", said the entity's interior minister.

Lukac said, reading the conclusions of the extraordinary session, said he was "extremely Court expressed distrust in the order stating that there is a fear that the subjects of the investigation might be destroyed or concealed although they had the opportunity to MUP RS demanding that they provide documentation about this case or to send its inspectors to inspect the documents. "

"The RS government notes that the treatment of non-constitutional institutions Court, the Prosecutor's Office and SIPA contrary to the Constitution of BiH and the Constitution of the RS", said Lukac and added that the RS government has remained committed to good cooperation.

Five suspects

The RS government has asked and to hold a special session of the National Assembly of the entity which will be discussed these conclusions. According to announcements, the session should be held today at 14 am.

According to the order of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in Novi Grad today carried out the most extensive action in prosecuting war crimes in that area against Bosniaks in 1992.
