The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina: continuing activities within its jurisdiction

In connection with yesterday's decision of the RS Government on the termination of cooperation with the Court of BiH, the BiH Prosecutor's Office and SIPA, have sounded and the Court.

The statement said that continued all started activities in their jurisdiction, regardless of the decision of the RS Government, which is contrary to the Constitution of BiH and is disrespectful of the state.

State Investigation and Protection Agency is authorized to prevent, detect and investigate criminal offenses under the jurisdiction of the Court, which in this case and any word.

From the Court stated that the refusal of officials in the institutions of the entities that carry out the decision of the Court, preventing the enforcement of, or otherwise disable its execution is treated as a criminal offense.
