Moscow hit by the largest wildfire in 25 years
The fire that broke out in the factory of mechanical parts Tušinski, north of the Russian capital, is the biggest fire in Moscow in the last 25 years, Interfax reported today. The fire engulfed an area of 15,000 square meters and it took five hours to bring under control.
The fire broke out late last night around 21:00, it was announced on the website of the Russian Ministry for Emergency Situations, adding that the scene was sent 97 firefighters.
