Arab League accuses Iran of provocation

Chairman of the European League Nabil al-Arabi today at an emergency meeting of the organization convened at the request of Saudi Arabia, accusing Tehran of "provocative actions".
He called on the heads of diplomacy of Arab countries to adopt a strong and clear common position in urging Iran to stop interfering in the internal affairs of Arab countries.

Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Džubeir accused Iran of deliberately failed to protect the Saudi embassy in that country, according to AFP.
Official Riyadh broke diplomatic relations and halted air traffic as demonstrators in Tehran set fire to the Saudi embassy and consulate in Mashad.
