JUKIĆ: I'll file charges due to disclosure of an investigation into the Radončić
Vice President of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) Ruzica Jukic said in a statement to the "Voice of Serbian" to submit the application to the Office of Disciplinary Counsel of the HJPC and the Prosecutor's Office of FBiH against unknown persons from the Court, the Prosecutor's Office or the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) BiH for violating the Code of Criminal Procedure.
This step was decided because certain media outsourced transcripts of intercepted conversations and for enabling recording of court hearings in the case brought against the leaders of SBB Fahrudin Radoncic and some other processes.
- The Court allowed the recording and public attendance at the custody hearing Radoncic although the law prohibits because the investigation is secret proceedings. This question and will open the next session of the HJPC. If HJPC nor anyone else even after that do not file charges against those responsible, will submit them to me - says Jukićeva.
She added that the public should not have to know just who is arrested, where he was, that hearing will be held and whether the proposed detention.
- It is interesting that as a rule only one medium or portal, always has a secret proprietary material - Jukićeva says, adding that the law's aim to prevent the media to be formed public opinion that condemns pre suspect.
