Decision of the ICTY, Vojislav Seselj was acquitted of nine counts.The decision has sparked public outrage in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia.A student of the Law Faculty in Sarajevo, also dissatisfied with the first instance verdict, recorded a message for Seselj.
