FOLLOWING THE COURT OF BIH: Fahrudin Radoncic came to freedom

12:15 Court on 14 April 2016 issued a decision terminating custody of the accused Fahrudin Radoncic and prohibiting measures, said the Court.

- House arrest (Sarajevo Canton) and a travel ban (including temporary seizure of travel documents and ban on issuance of new travel documents, as well as a ban on use of ID card for crossing the state border.

- Prohibition from meeting with certain people, and to that end the defendant prohibited from meeting with witnesses proposed in the Prosecution's indictment, as well as the convergence of these witnesses at a distance less than 100 meters.

- Contacting and meeting with co-accused in this criminal case, the defendant is prohibited from talking to other parties about the criminal proceedings and the facts relating to the criminal proceedings, except their lawyers, as well as the obligation to report periodically to the State authority once a week.
