SALKIĆ TELLS: Muslims are not afraid Milorad Dodik

Vice President RS Ramiz Salkic today in Gacko strongly condemned hate speech RS President Milorad Dodik against Bosniaks. Speaking about the announced referendum on Day Dodik has said Salkic, put forward so far the most serious threat, saying Bosnians must go to referendum if they want to live in the RS.

- Before the parliamentary elections in 2014 at a gathering Milorad Dodik has threatened Bosniaks that power to monitor how the Bosniak vote. After the election, when the SNSD for denial of Bosnian language and denial of Bosniak identity, lost the race for the Presidency of BiH, the RS government has suddenly expanded and strengthened discrimination against Bosniaks, in the areas where it previously was not. Radicalized the whole society, fearing Bosniaks unnecessary police actions to the house searches and arrests. The scale of the strategic turning off Muslims from all walks of life flows are very large - said Salkic.

Salkic added that at this moment the RS authorities conducted a secret and very well synchronized action revocation of hunting grounds Bosniaks. Residues without hunting grounds, that the decision of the authorities successively put out exactly where they settled Bosniaks, the Bosniak population in the area it loses the right to hunting weapons. In doing so, the hunting associations and government security agencies allow accelerated arming of Serbs. The radicalization of the institutions and the media RS reached, he said, a critical level and can be measured only with that of in 1992.

- The latest threat, that said that if Bosniaks think that living in the RS should go to referendum on 9 January saying that Dodik has entered the most serious phase of radicalization that can have devastating consequences. Our message to Milorad Dodik that the Bosnians are not afraid not him, not his threats and that will go to referendum. Bosniaks January 9, seen as a day of evil, when the decision was made for them to be expelled from their homes, their villages and towns, to be killed - said Salkic.

He once again called on the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina not to tolerate this degree of hatred, threats and escalation of the situation. OHR said Salkic, must take responsibility for any consequences of this radicalization. Even Serbian politicians, he said, expressing fear that this policy pursued by the RS authorities provoke armed conflicts.

- Bosniaks in 1995 believed the international community and UN resolutions and suffered a genocide in Srebrenica and Zepa. Many expect the Bosniaks, under such threats and pressures, and believing the Dayton Peace Agreement, again disappear from RS. We say to the OHR and Milorad Dodik that the Bosniaks throughout history have learned a lot and that will never leave their homes. I call on the OHR to the inetresu peace, stability and preservation of the Dayton Peace Agreement annuls decision to hold a referendum in the RS and thus avoid the possibility of being held hostage to the policy of Milorad Dodik. The international community is currently providing support to those who break the peace and provoke ethnic hatred, is in danger in Bosnia and Herzegovina repeat the mistakes it made in the period 1992-1995 - Salkic said.
