Injured 29 people / Governor of New York: An explosion was a terrorist act

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo regarding the explosion which occurred in the village of Chelsea in which 29 people were injured, said the cause of the explosion bomb.Cuomo pointed out that this was a "terrorist act", but they have not detected the connection with international terrorism.
