Rise in oil prices

Oil prices rose by Friday despite a strong dollar and growing number of US oil platfiormi.

The market, however, is becoming optimistic that an agreement on oil production will be reached by the end of the month. Qatar's Energy Minister Mohammed Al-Sada said on Friday that the informal meetings some members of OPEC and Russia went well and that OPEC approaching agreement.This news increased the belief of the market that OPEC will fail to finalize an agreement on the reduction of oil production, the first of its kind since 2008,
