Nikolic criticized the Croatian because of the blockade, called on Zagreb to COOPERATION

Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic on Tuesday at an international conference in Belgrade criticized Croatia for blocking the opening of Chapter 26, but at the same time called on Zagreb for talks, bilateral cooperation and create a society without boundaries, racial and religious conflicts.

Addressing the foreign ministers of the participants of the meeting of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) in Belgrade, Nikolic said that Serbia expected support in the opening of new negotiating chapters with the EU, all member states and asked whether it is worth rating one State of the Union as well as other marks 27, referring to the opposition Croatian opening chapter 26 on education and culture.

According to European diplomatic sources, several countries, including Croatia, who have denied approval for the opening of Chapter 26 - Education and Culture, had a few remarks with regard to education in minority languages. Croatia had complaints about textbooks in the Croatian language. According to him, there is no doubt that Serbia will, in cooperation with each national minority councils, dedicated and professionally dealt with issues of teaching in the mother tongue, textbooks, teachers, specific content.He particularly stressed the importance of bilateral cooperation noting that bilateral issues "should also be addressed bilaterally, always in good faith and with good intentions."According to Nikolic's assessment, however, that according to RTS, in neighboring Croatia compete who will more harm Serbia or is offended, while at the same time praise the symbols under which the so-called.
