RUSSIAN AMBASSADOR DIES: gunman may have shouted "We are dying in Halep, YOU HERE '

A gunman who is now in Ankara carried out the attack on the Russian Ambassador in Turkey Andrey Charles, neutralized in a police operation that followed an armed attack.
