Which days do not work for the New Year

Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs informs the public that the Law on Holidays stipulates that the New Year holiday and is celebrated for two days, 1 and 2 January / January

The same Law stipulates that if one of the days in which to celebrate the New Year falls on Sunday, the feast is considered the first following day after the two days.Therefore as at 1 January / January 2017 falls on Sunday to inform the public that the non-working days in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Monday, the 2nd and Tuesday 3 January / January 2017.

On the day of the feast, employers, institutions, administrative bodies and other legal entities do not work, according to a statement of the ministry.
