Details of the system of odd and even fines and up to 5,000 KM for those who violate the ban

Penalties for legal persons who fail to comply with the decision of the vehicles on the principle of odd and even amount to 1000 to 5000 KM while the individuals to be punished by a fine of 500 to 1000 KM, confirmed the Minister of Physical Planning, Construction and Environmental Protection of Canton Sarajevo Cedomir Lukic.

Asked whether the decision to transport the principle of odd and even applies to vehicles entering the area of Canton Sarajevo, Lukic said yes."The decision applies to all vehicles circulating in the area of Sarajevo Canton so it is irrelevant whether entering or leaving the CF," said Lukic. The system "odd and even" applies to cars with foreign license plates.

Decision on improving air quality are defined and fines for those who do not adhere to the rules.
"Penalties for legal entities in amounts ranging from 1,000 to 5,000, and for individuals from 500 to 1000 KM. Penalties are prescribed and they are what they are, "he said.
One of the measures is to maximize the capacity of public transport and Lukic says that the Operational Headquarters is composed of all relevant stakeholders including representatives of five ministries including the Ministry of Transport PS in charge of city traffic."Accordingly we GRAS in sending letters because if we send letters to my opinion that in the spring we can expect to do something," said Lukic.

Operational Headquarters of the Government of HP is not considered to enable citizens to free transport on vehicles GRAS due to the fact that for such issues responsible Government of Canton, not OHQ.
As a reminder, in the Canton of Sarajevo tomorrow from 7 pm will be allowed to transport only for vehicles with odd-numbered license plates. In translation it would mean that the prohibition applies to all vehicles whose registration number ending in 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, and as previously confirmed the ban will apply from midnight on odd numbers.This measure does not apply to vehicles of the police, the ministry of defense, public transport, utilities and vehicles with diplomatic plates and emergency services (ambulance, civil protection, fire brigade), as well as the vehicle for the supply of medicines and food.
