The city #Orovilleu declared a state of emergency and ordered the emergency evacuation of the population.

Population downstream of most dams in the United States near Orovillea in Northern California ordered the emergency evacuation after authorities reported that a dam could loosen due to cracks that have emerged from all of the water pressure that has accumulated.

"The orders the urgent evacuation of the area downstream of the dam," reported the county sheriff through social networks, stressing repeatedly that it is not exercise.#California Department of Water Resources announced on Twitter on Sunday about 16:30 local time as it predicts that the dam to loosen in the next few hours.
