SDA: unjust decision of the tribunal

The decision of the International Court of Justice in The Hague that is still not considered a request for review of the judgment brought by Bosnia and Herzegovina against Serbia for violation of the Genocide Convention is shameful, but to be respected, the attitude of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA).In a statement, agreed that the International Court of Justice a second time that he had no power to refer to the real culprit and call a spade a spade the events that took place in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the period from 1992 to 1995.

- The whole world knows that the BiH genocide and it is therefore responsible then regime of Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic - warn in this party.Despite this decision of the Court in The Hague, the SDA has welcomed the fact that the BiH filed a request for review of the judgment because it is a question of historical truth, justice and dignity.

- What is the International Court of Justice with almost no explanation and analysis of their own statutes and rules issued this decision is not a shame BiH already an international tribunal and international justice at all - the attitude of the SDA.

The SDA believe that this decision of the Court of the political, as it was the judgment of this lawsuit in 2007.With indignation rejected all the attacks on members of the BiH Presidency and the President of the SDA, Bakir Izetbegovic, as well as to all those who advocated the appeal.
