The explosion in the subway in Saint Petersburg

A strong explosion occurred today in the metro in the Russian city of Saint Petersburg, and killed at least ten people.

Russian news agencies reported that the explosion occurred in one of the carriages in the metro at the station at Sennaya square. Russian President Vladimir Putin today resides in Saint Petersburg, and everything is informed.

The cause of the explosion is not yet known.
