CoM: ACCEPTED ratification of the Agreement between BiH and Russia on clearing debt

BiH Council of Ministers on Monday a draft decision on ratification of the Agreement between BiH Council of Ministers and the Government of the Russian Federation on regulating obligations of the former USSR by calculations regarding the exchange of goods between the former USSR and the former Yugoslavia.Under the Agreement, the entire clearing debt of 125,157,834.38 US dollars will be returned in cash.

Previously, the Council of Ministers and the BiH Presidency accepted the agreed proposal of the agreement, which was signed on 21 March 2017 in Moscow, after which the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the accelerated procedure has prepared a draft decision on ratification.The bridge over Sava near Svilar will be built by the end of 2018

BiH Council of Ministers today at a session proposal basis for negotiations in order to conclude an agreement on amendments to the Agreement of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Croatian government on the construction of the interstate bridge over the Sava river at Svilaj and connecting border sections of the highway on Corridor 5-C.

Interstate bridge over Sava near Svilar will be built by the end of 2018, in accordance with the contract signed with the contractor, which is why changes previously signed agreement and alignment of the period from 2012 with a new, realistic deadline for the construction of this bridge.Proposal basis will be submitted to the Presidency for further procedure, the proposal that the signatories of the agreement by the Minister of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina, it was announced from the Information Service of the CoM.
