MUP ANNOUNCES ADVICE FOR TRAVELERS: Here's how to avoid the crowds BORDER

In the context of large crowds and columns on the border between Croatian and Slovenian Ministry of the Interior has decided to advise tourists to avoid congestion.

Tips MUP below in its entirety.

- Considering that after the Easter holidays large number of people back to countries of the European Union, it is expected that during the upcoming weekend will increase congestion and waiting to cross the border, especially at the exit from the Croatian to the Republic of Slovenia (GP Bregana). We recommend passengers, citizens of EU countries, the EEG and the Swiss Confederation to use other border and border crossings to list on gateways

Important note:

If you are in a vehicle together are citizens of EU countries and third-country national border control can be accessed only at border crossing Macelj, Bregana, Rupa, Plovanija, Castle, Požane, Pasjak, Jurovski Brod and Dubrava Križovljanska.To avoid congestion, we urge all passengers to follow the traffic information at border crossings, which regularly publishes HAK on its website, according to the Interior Ministry.
