IF acquire licenses we will sue NSBiH

Soccer Club Freedom announced a lawsuit against the Football Association of BiH unless it receives a license for competition.

First Committee of the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina is not awarded a license Tuzla Freedom, not only for European performances, but also for domestic competition. The Liberty believe that the Alliance has partially right, and that within eight days to submit documents required for a license, he said at today's press conference, Chairman of the Board of Freedom Senad Mujkanović.

He recalled that the rules of FIFA and UEFA are looking clean paper to clubs regarding the reconciliation of tax and debts towards the employees and players, ended 31 March.

- Freedom of late last year signed an agreement with the Tax Administration on payment of tax liabilities, and the club was then loaded with almost seven million marks debts. Monthly installment, according to the agreement, was about 120,000 marks. Meanwhile the Federal Government wrote off a substantial part of the long clubs, but our obligations decreased to 2.78 million. If we had to pay under the first agreement, we would have thrown away more than half a million marks. In late April, we paid the first installment of the debt under the new agreement - stressed Mujkanović.

This debt is one of the reasons why freedom is not obtained a license and Mujkanović says that the process of rescheduling the debt with the Tax Administration launched before 31 March, as the Commission did not accept.

- We expect from the Tax Administration document which shows that the procedure was the signing of the agreement on reprogramming launched on 14 March, and until all agreed upon, officially we signed this act of 5 April and 25 April, we paid the first installment of 20,000 marks. We hope that this part of the Appeals Committee to accept - says the president of Liberty.

Another reason allegedly outstanding obligations to the players Ivan Kostic (60,000 hp), Ivan Fatic (29.337 KM), Damir Mehidic (15.400 KM) and Miljenko Govedarica (10,800 hp).

- the Commission took into account the agreements that the players have the freedom, but it is not an executive act and can not be considered proof of debt. These are internal club acts. Freedom is against four players filed a lawsuit for defamation and damage.

- These disputes, their and our, still not run and only when the court renders a verdict will be known if we are obliged to them and how much or not. Players were fooled covenant, because while they were under contract, they were leaving freedom, refused to train, violating the club's discipline, which are punished, they flirted, others have trained with the other teams. That's why we sued them and we will seek reimbursement of damages caused by them to the club - announced Mujkanović, adding that the Alliance has not shown that there collect a toy for freedom which will, when the dispute is activated on the court, to decide the competent expert.

At the "press conference" noted that some members of the commission of the first attempt to blackmail freedom, seeking "to pay for something that does not have", but it is rejected.
