The BiH Council of Ministers / Saudi Arabia citizens in BiH and China can enter without a visa

The Council of Ministers of BiH has today adopted a Decision on the Amendments to the Visa Decision (concerning the possibility of entering into Bosnia and Herzegovina from the territory of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).

This decision allows entry into BiH and staying in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina without the obligation to obtain visas to holders of valid travel documents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia if they have a valid multiple visa or visa for the EU country and after verification or control of the BiH Border Police.

The Council of Ministers of BiH, at today's telephone session, also identified a proposal for the basis for the conduct of negotiations for the conclusion of the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of the People's Republic of China on mutual abolition of visas for passport holders.

By this agreement, nationals of BiH and the People's Republic of China, holders of valid biometric passports, will be exempted from obtaining visas for entry, exit, stay or transit through the territory of the other Contracting Party during a stay of up to 30 days.The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is obliged to submit the Proposal Ground to the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina in further proceedings, with the proposal to appoint the Minister of Foreign Affairs for the signatories of the Agreement, the Minister of Foreign Affairs said.
