The main cook of Princess Diana discovered what the royal family never ate
Many of us probably can not even imagine eating at the royal court, and for some of the food we certainly did not even hear. Recently, the menu of Queen Elizabeth II was published. So we learned how the queen loves smoked salmon and truffles, and every day ends with a glass of champagne.
Nowadays, the chief cook of the Kensington Carolyn Robb Palace, where Prince Charles and Princess Diana lived with their sons William and Harry, cooked for the period from 1989 to 2000, spoke about eating habits. She thus discovered that Princess Diana loved almost everything to eat, but one food in her kitchen was forbidden.
- The only thing that was forbidden to use was garlic - said Robb's cook, and explained:
- The reason for this is that they had a lot of public appearances and contacts with people and simply did not want to feel the garlic.
Carolyn Robb also discovered that Prince Charles was always preparing food items in plastic containers so that they could eat them later.
