Zagreb: Plate with the inscription "Trg maršala Tita" thrown into a container

The plate with the inscription "Marshal Tito Square", which was located on the building of this central city square, was thrown into a container.

This incident took place last night and was followed by Milan Mayor Milan Bandić crawling before the right wing requests a few days ago and announced the renaming of the Marshal Tito Square in the Trg Republike Hrvatske. Zagreb media reports that Bandic commenced negotiations with right-wingers and former HDZ members Zlatko Hasanbegović and Bruno Esih on forming a parliamentary majority in the town parliament.

The renaming of the Marshal Tito Square in the Trg Republike Hrvatske is the main topic of the Croatian media, as well as raising the memorial panel to Ustasha commander Yuri Francetić in Otočac.
Since the setting up of the board, Ustase Francetić was enclosed by the Croatian Government and the local authorities of Otočac.
