Fire in Trogir: Tourists evacuated (VIDEO)

The fire that broke out at the Plan near Trogir threatened the houses and the evacuation of tourists is in progress.

The fire approached the houses where firefighters struggled to protect them from the flames. The head of firefighters from Kastela, Milivoj Taslak, said that the fireworks had hit a large area and that the situation on the fire was critical. Firefighters say that the rain, which began if it fell for an hour, could help to extinguish the fire, but note that the storm is making it more difficult to quench. The Ministry of Defense confirmed that four canaders were sent to the frigate at Trogir, but they had to return because of rain and bora.
