In the Portuguese Matosinhos, the European Championship of A Division will officially start tomorrow, with the representation of Bosnia and Herzegovina taking place.

The winners are in the extremely unfavorable C group, along with France, Hungary and Slovenia, against which our national team will play the first Eurobasket match. Although they are aware that they are not expecting any easy task in Portugal, they are all rolled out of a positive atmosphere and optimism in our camp.

The main goal of the Zmajica at the Eurobasket in Portugal will be the survival of the A Division.

- This is our priority, but I can not say that we are secretly not even hoping for a better result. If we respect what the trainers ask us, if we stick together and breathe as one, we can surprise even our favorites. We do not expect an easy task, but we are not afraid of anyone. We also have our strengths. We are one of the most senior teams, which can bring us the advantage under the basket. On the other hand, I think we will be the youngest team, which is an additional motivation. It is a great desire for all girls to prove themselves and to present our country in a better light. I think we will succeed in that, "said Nedzla Kovacevic.

Until the first game on the Eurobasket, there was not much left. Tomorrow at 3.00 pm Zmajica will play the first match against the selection of Slovenia, after which we will see what they did during the preparation period.
