Messi and Antonella donated the rest of the food from the wedding

Food left after the marriage of one of the world's top footballers, Lionel Messi, was sent to charity in the Argentinian city of Rosario, local media reported.

"Food has arrived and we are checking it, we still do not know how much we got," said Pablo Algrain, director of the Food Bank in Rosario, where food was sent. Algrain added that this organization had to refuse all the alcoholic beverages offered to it after the wedding. "We explained to the wedding organizers that we can accept soft drinks and food, but we will substitute alcoholic beverages for money, as we must not receive alcohol," Algrain said.

Let's recall, Barcelona captain married on the first day of this month in Rosario with his longtime partner Antonella Roccuzzo, with whom he has two sons and with whom he has been connected since the teenage days.
