Gras will introduce free internet in all trams by the end of the year

Public utility company Gradski promet Sarajevo (GRAS) will have free internet in all trams by the end of the year.

This information was confirmed by the temporary manager of the KJKP GRAS d.o.o. Sarajevo Haris Gušić. "GRAS should have free internet for all users in all trams by the end of the year," said Gušić.

He points out that the introduction of the free Internet service is conditioned by technical issues due to the high voltage in the trams.

- This is a technical problem for which we still do not have a solution. The electronics are working on finding solutions actively and have been given the task to solve it within the next week. They have been asked for another seven days since they have no solution - said Gušić.

The temporary GRAS administrator points out that he hopes that all technical problems will be solved in recent times, and that by the end of the year, free internet will be provided in all trams.

- This is the first phase of introducing the Internet into all vehicles. So, the first phase are trams, the second phase is a commercial line, and after that, we move on to the remaining modes of transport. I hope that in due time we will have free internet in all vehicles - said Gušić.
