Izetbegovic: My father left BiH in amanet Erdogan
Bakir Izetbegovic, a Bosniak member of the Presidency of BiH, during the celebration of the 14th anniversary of the death of Alija Izetbegovic, said today that his father left BiH in amanat to Turkish President Tajipu Redzep Erdogan.
As he said, one of the last talks that Alija Izetbegovic had had with today's president of Turkey.
"He recognized the future strong leader in him and left him in amanet care for Bosnia and Herzegovina. I think Erdogan is very well wearing this amanet. Just look at this new action to build the road between Belgrade and Sarajevo, "Izetbegovic said.
He stated that many of his late father's messages are still current, which can be concluded by the fact that the series is being recorded on him today.
"I would pay attention to his action because he did everything to save the former Yugoslavia, BiH, to save peace, not to come to war, to accept solutions at least unfair and painful for the patriots of BiH, but to stop killing in this country. During the war, the substance of BiH is saved, "Izetbegovic pointed out.
