Employment Agency: Caution when recruiting in Slovakia
The Agency for Labor and Employment of BiH warns BiH citizens to take special care of their job advertisements in Slovakia because a large number of frauds have taken place, which the deceased informed the Embassy of BiH in Prague, which is non-residental covering Slovakia.
Director of the Agency, Muamer Bandic, warned that when mediating in employment, financial compensation should not be required from the persons who are employed, and that the candidate from the employer must obtain a work contract and work permit, and a work visa permitting stay in that country.
"Without these documents, it is not possible to establish a foreign employment relationship, and I advise you not to go abroad for work abroad, because it is most likely a fraud," Bandic said.
From this agency note that BiH and Slovakia have no signed employment agreement, which does not take place through the Agency for Labor and Employment of BiH.
"We advise citizens who want to go abroad to contact the Agency in order to get reliable information about opportunities and ways of employing abroad," the statement said.
