Spanish bronze at Eurobasket

Basketball players of Spain won the third place and a bronze medal at the Eurobasket 2017 played in Turkey.

Sergius Scariola's winners won Russia 93:85.

The Spaniards had control over the entire match, and they deservedly won the medal even though they were pretenders for the very top.

We remind them that they eliminated Slovenia in the semi-finals with a basketball basket, while the Russians were defeated by Slovenia.

Pau and Marc Gasol were the best scorers of this match, and they combined 51 points of the national team. Pau gave 26, and Marc 25 points.

Sergio Rodriguez, with 16 points, was double-digit, while Shved with 18 points was the most effective in Russia.

The final is scheduled at 20:30, while in Sinan Erdem, the hall for European gold will be measured by Slovenia and Serbia.
