DEPOPULATING EXPERIMENT: Google's sister company began releasing 20 million mosquito-borne mosquitoes that cause infertility

On July 14, Google's bio-laboratory began the release of the first 20 million mosquito bite in the heart of California in an effort to reduce the population of mosquitoes that can transmit life-threatening diseases

A project titled Debug Fresno, an initiative led by Verily Life Sciences, a subsidiary of Google's parent company Alphabet, is working with MosquitoMate in a mosquito-emission experiment in the Fresno district.

According to scientists, the project's goal is to reduce the population of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes - known for the spread of Zika virus, dengue, and Chikungunya. For 20 weeks, the company will release a week of 1 million sterile male mosquitoes that do not bite on two quarters of the county of Fresno.

Release of laboratory-grown mosquitoes into the wild

The mosquitoes released are allegedly not genetically modified, although they are made in a laboratory. Male mosquitoes were grown by robots and infected with Wolbachia. This bacterium makes male mosquitoes sterile in every female mosquito who does not have Wolbachia bacteria. This means that it can not be successfully propagated and that the number of mosquitoes with each new generation will be reduced.

During the experiment, Verily Life Sciences will monitor the density and population of eggs among mosquitoes Aedes aegypti. These numbers will then be compared with numbers from two control neighbors. The company expects to see a steep decline in the number of mosquitoes in targeted areas.

Although the destruction of mosquitoes in the city of Fresno will be the largest scientific experiment in the US in this field to implement these methods of pest control, this is not the first time that mosquitoes infected with Wolbachia have been released in the county of Fresno.

In 2016, a small-scale test experiment was conducted. Similar experiments have also been conducted, or are still in progress, in Brazil, Vietnam and Australia. If this great experiment is successful, a similar technique will be used worldwide to combat mosquito-borne malaria or other diseases.

What could go wrong?

Theoretically, the destruction of mosquitoes in the county of Fresno can sound like a normal, harmless experiment that would reduce the number of mosquito bites Aedes aegypti in the county of Fresno. The project, however, has transformed public space into a laboratory without the consent of its inhabitants.

The Daily Coin, however, is not so sure of the intention of a company that releases infected mosquitoes into the wild. Are these mosquitoes sorted correctly by sex, and what if Wolbachia mutates? If this happens, they could rid the world of something much worse than the Zika virus.

Allowing scientists to conduct field research without the permission of citizens is a criminal matter. Although this may be a rather harmless attempt, which will stop these researchers from further even more dangerous experiments in our neighborhood that could be part of the depopulation Agenda of the elite?
