So Rife was the first to begin using "resonant light technology" for his microscope.

Rife carefully identified the individual spectroscopic characteristics for each microbes, using the slot as a supplement to the spectroscope. Then he slowly turned the block of quartz prism to focus the light of one wave length on the microorganism he was looking at. This virus was called Cryptocides primodiales, and it was only possible to see it with a universal microscope because the size of the virus was very small (1.15 micron length and 1.20 micron width).

Rife also noted that the virus was polymorphic, and appeared in four forms:

2. BY (sarcoma)
3. Monococcal forms in blood myocytes of over 90% of patients with cancer, and properly colored can also be seen under a standard microscope.

All these forms could be transformed into the form of BDZ over a period of 36 hours and could produce a typical tumor.
