Members of the Investigation and Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (SIPA) arrested Atif Dudakovic, a former commander of the Fifth Corps of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on charges of war crimes against Serbs in the autumn of 1995 in the territory of the West Krajina municipalities in Bihac early this morning. close to the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.

Dudakovic is commander of the Bihac defense and the Sana 95 liberation operation. With Dudakovic, another 11 people have been arrested charged with crimes committed against Serbs during the war, from 1992 to 1995. The persons under investigation are suspected of the criminal offenses of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172 of the CC BiH, and the suspect Atif Dudaković for the criminal offenses of War Crimes against Civilians under Article 173 of the CC BiH. The action was the result of a long and thorough investigation of the Special Department for war crimes of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, during which several hundred witnesses were examined and several hundred pieces of evidence were collected, including archival documents, videos, as well as evidence related to the exhumations and identification of the killed persons, Anadolija said.
