BiH Minister of Security Dragan Mektić said in Sarajevo today that he will not resign from this position, which was requested yesterday by BiH Prosecutor General Gordana Tadić because he stated that BiH was a "ruined land".

"Why will I resign when the Prosecutor's Office of BiH is most responsible for being ruined in the legal system, the rule of law system," Mektić told reporters.

According to him, if Tadic is not clear that BiH is a ruined state, then it is difficult to convince her of anything.

"I can not help her, I will not explain why she was ruined, she should know better than me," said Mektic.

Commenting on Tadic's statement that the security minister will have to give a statement to the Prosecution because of the statement that BiH is a "ruined country" and that the Prosecutor's Office of BiH should "settle" for crime and corruption, Mektić asked how many high-ranking officials at the level of BiH and the entities said This failed, impossible state, and not invited to make a statement.

"She then is not aware of the situation, situation and seriousness in BiH. You have those who do not respect the Constitutional Court at all and this is not a problem for her, but it's a problem for me to say that in the sense of the rule of law this is a ruined state," added Mektic.

He stressed that he stood by his statement that the state was ruined in terms of the rule of law and that the BiH Prosecutor's Office was responsible for this.

Mektić believes that BiH can be improved, but that it requires the establishment of the rule of law and the rule of law.

"By establishing a rule of law, arresting and prosecuting corrupt and criminalized politicians, holders of judicial functions and all holders of public functions that have impoverished and ruined this state and brought about this situation, of course, a rule of law can be created and the rule of law established," concluded Mektić .
