It could have been worse: DFB compromised Ibisevic
The German Football Association (DFB) has penalized two suspensions of Herthe Vedad Ibisevic for suspending the game against Mainz.
The red card, which Ibisevic was shown by Judge Tobias Stieler, caused grievous reactions to the German public.
Stieler defended his decision with the alleged insult of the "scheise" bh. reprezentativac. However, Ibisevic defended himself that the judge only complained about how he felt "bad" (schlecht).
In the end, it seems that the DFB has chosen a compromise: Ibisevic will still bear the consequences of the objections to the referee, but not as he could have been obtained by the insult of the arbitrator.
